It was another magnificent day of tours yesterday! We started the day with breaching calves just off the mooring and ended the day with a sunset tour with the full moon glimmering on the surface to guide us home! A blue whale blow in the distance had us steaming towards Point Piquet on one of our tours! With four 10m high surface blows this marine giant propelled itself all the way past Bunker Bay! Our sunset our was a blast! The whales were very energetic as the sun set over the lighthouse! We had a close encounter with a mother and calf, as the mother relaxed the calf came on the inside of us and just frolicked at the surface! From attempted breaches to tail slaps and head lunges its easy to say this calf was having just as much fun as our customers! More updates next week on our whale watching in Busselton and Dunsborough tours!
